Lets be honest – not all books have fitting titles. Many books have strange titles or even funny book titles. In some cases this may depict what the book is about but in other cases the title of the book does not match what it inside. Some books have really funny book titles but the book itself may actually be very ordinary inside. Some of the reasons for all the different book titles is because many book titles have already been used and having a unique title may help to sell the book.
When books have funny book titles in many cases this does add to the mystery and intrigue of the book, as it makes people wonder what they can expect. In today’s times, the titles of the book is only one of the many components that people look at. It is very interesting because in the modern world the graphics and images on the book is another thing that people pay close attention to if they are buying a book.
Book tiles can be strange, funny and outrageous in all different genres, both fiction and non fiction. An example of such a book title can be Don’t Pee on My Leg and Tell Me It’s Raining by Judy Sheindlin. How about the book titled Rush Limbaugh Is a Big Fat Idiot and Other Observations by Al Franken. If these titles aren’t strange enough, there is no denying that a very strange, funny and odd title indeed is First Step 2 Forever (100% Official) by Justin Bieber. This shows that even modern day authors have come up with strange titles. Although there is still no disputing that one of the most interesting titles of all time has got to be The Salmon of Doubt: Hitchhiking the Galaxy One Last Time by Douglas Adams. At the end of the day we should not judge a book by it’s title.
